Why suddenly my mobile number was not receiving the OTP, where till date , I was getting all vehicle related SMSs. Also Vahan portal mobile update process for MH is not same like others states in India, why?

@MahaDGIPR Worst case is that even after verifying my mobile number linked to vahan portal, during #HSRP online form submission,I am not receiving the OTP on the same mobile number. I attempted many time, no OTP. This looks to be loophole(1/2)
