CM @BhagwantMann the guidelines are not followed, instead massive dogs are being killed. Only aggressive dogs were allowed- with DOCTOR PERMISSION.
The karma will definitely work, We feed them and even vaccinated some, these innocents don't even hurt anyone instead people do.
