@dbsbank I got confirmation that my bank account was opened on 11th October. However, I have not received my card as of yet. I’ve emailed DBS several times, but I have not received a response as of yet. Sigh 😅

A 59 year old man died in a fuel queue at Kinniya.
Another 64 year old man died in a queue at a filling station at Pelawatte, Matugama.

As a crying direct witness to the burning of Jaffna public library I have the same tragic feeling when I heard about the burning of RW’s house with so many highly valuable books which would have been a treasure of reference to several generations to come.
@dialoglk did not accept our RTI request on the basis that "Dialog is not such a public authority to which the RTI Act applies".
However, S.43(g) of the RTI Act says a public authority includes “private entities …carrying out “public function”. We have appealed this decision3/4
