Ordered an Antheaa Brand dress from myntra. Received a torn saree. On complain @MyntraSupport says to contact amazon shipping and ask for refund from them and not to bother them.

@MyntraSupport Your team never reached out to me it's the 3rd time the delivery guy has not even attempted the delivery intentionally bcz his ego was hurt and he knows after 3 attempts the order gets cancelled . He knew it was an express delivery and did it so I don't get my product on time.

Faced a similar issue my product never reached me and they marked it as "unsuccessful delivery" without even making an attempt. And Myntra’s customer care should replace care with harrasment! Pathetic service

Extremely disappointed with @myntra & @Delhivery.
My order was marked delivered on 31st Aug but till today it’s only being rescheduled — no delivery personnel ever contacted
I’ve raised complaints to CS, Grievance officer & made 20+ calls to CustomerSupport.
Still no resolution.

Wont tolerate this harrasment and DOS by the delivery guy. I'll take this up with authorities if get no resolution today only this is harassment and denial of service.

@shadowfax_in Kindly take strict action against him, the myntra app shows arriving today. But this guy said today morning again "aj nhi leke aya , ap complaint kar rhe the na kar do" totally unacceptable behaviour! I especially ordered a product with express delivery.
