Pathetic support & processes by @Truemedsindia . Please do yourself a favour and do not order from this company that doesn't have any set process for refunds and will just give false updates every single day that the refund will get processed in 24-48 hrs.

@bankofbaroda No action has been taken by your team. I myself had to go to your website to register a complaint, which has now been marked as resolved even though nothing has been done in this regard. Your customer support team is the most incompetent that I have seen.

@Google India, why is your support so inefficient for business profiles? I am fed up with following up regarding missing reviews from my business profile. There is never a satisfactory reply and now your team doesn't even bother to revert! What a truly frustrating experience.
@agodaindia Funny because I have already contacted [email protected] and they can't seem to fix the bug for at least 7 days. In total, the case has been pending for 2.5 weeks, your support gave false info of resolution, and disconnected calls when they couldn't provide a resolution.
What a buggy extranet @agoda . You force features that the partner can't turn off via the extranet, you take more than 2 weeks to turn off the 'forced feature', and your support disconnects when they can't provide proper resolution. Extremely disappointed! @agodaindia
It's been over 2 weeks since some 'easy cancellation policy' (which I didn't even opt for) was reported to your team. I was told it had been resolved but no, your 'forced feature' is unresolved and my business is suffering coz of that! @agodaindia Who will pay for the loss?
There are chances that by the time @AirbnbHelp support gets back to you after putting your call on hold, you might forget what your query was. That's how much time they take 🥲
