My order arrived spilled and the biryani had leaked out of the container during delivery. The packaging was not secure, and the food was damaged on arrival. Please review the attached photos and issue a refund. @ubereats_uk

Pathetic service and response from Deliveroo. l've reported the issue multiple times, yet I'm still being asked to repeat the same process again and again, and it's not even working.

Ordered a waffle on 7th May 2026 and received it in terrible condition. Raised a complaint and was promised a refund, but it’s been over 2 weeks with no refund or update from Deliveroo. Even after going to Order Help, there’s no proper help or solution. Please resolve this ASAP

@JustEatUK after sharing all the details in dm still no response from your side. This is how justeat work after taking customer money and don’t replying and resolving the problem.

@JustEatUK I will escalate this issue to Just Eat’s higher authorities and report the poor response from customer service. This is unacceptable, and I don’t want others to face the same problem. It’s unfair to charge customers without providing the service.

@JustEatUK Very disappointed. My order was delayed, I was promised a refund after canceling, but it was later denied despite proof. Poor customer support—be cautious ordering. Pathetic customer service, they cheat their customers and change their statements after.
