Chairman of the Higher Education Commission @hecpkofficial, Prof Dr Mukhtar Ahmed @MAhmedhec, met with the President of the Council of Higher Education of Türkiye @YuksekogretimK, Prof Dr Erol Özvar @erolozvar, to discuss strengthening academic ties between the two countries.
During the meeting, both sides explored #opportunities for collaboration in various academic and research domains. Discussions focused on #developing academic and research exchange programs, #leadership development initiatives, and community-centered projects aimed at fostering #sustainable growth in educational institutions.
A key outcome of the discussions was the agreement to establish a #roadmap for enhanced collaboration between HEC #Pakistan and Türkiye’s Council of Higher Education. This roadmap includes #promoting partnerships among top-ranked universities of both nations, facilitating faculty and student mobility, and forming a #consortium of universities to strengthen #academic and research ties. Additionally, both sides emphasized the need for a structured #framework for joint research programs, particularly on #emerging issues relevant to Pakistan and #Türkiye.
The meeting signifies a step forward in bolstering bilateral #educational cooperation, reinforcing the commitment of both countries to advancing #HigherEducation through knowledge-sharing and collaborative #research efforts.

Chairman Prime Minister's Youth Programme Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan chaired a pivotal meeting with key stakeholders to drive youth employment initiatives forward.
