The #PIMS CCTV's footage presently provides the most objective reconstruction of the incident. first visible emergency appears at approximately 06:38:15, when Charge Nurse Nasreen hurriedly emerges from the Nursery and seeks assistance. At approximately 06:38:35, she and Sect guard Maria enter the Nursery, with reflections of flames visible. Staff Nurse Razia enter proximately 06:38:56 and emerges at about 06:39:04 carrying a baby, thereby effecting a res he attempts to re-enter shortly thereafter. Dr. Abdul Rehman emerges at approximately 06:39: while by about 06:39:15 Camera 16 is substantially obscured by smoke. The adjoining corridor visible on Camera 12 is opened at approximately 06:39:45, and by about 06:40:08 Cam 2 is also obscured by smoke. This evidence therefore establishes that the Nursery environment deteriorated catastrophically within approximately two minutes.
Meanwhile some patient with 15-16 attendants presented to our ER and beat up 2 of our house officers
Pt was admitted but the hos declined to treat that patient
MS took notice of the issue after the patient lodged a complaint and suspended their housejob
Shit country for real
First night in US residency. Where I used to fight nurses and staff for chairs in Karachis biggest ERs to have a place to SIT on my shift I’m here surrounded by giant recliners and a lounge stocked to feed an army.

𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀:
Just imagine the reality facing young doctors in Pakistan.
The official house job salary is around PKR 70,000 per month, while postgraduate trainees are supposed to receive about PKR 105,000 per month. Yet many young doctors are either forced to work without pay or are paid far below these amounts.
The situation for Medical Officers is even worse. Some private hospitals are reportedly offering as little as PKR 30,000 per month for a 40-hour-per-week job. To put that into perspective, a laborer in Pakistan can earn around PKR 45,000 per month.
Everyone knows this is happening, including PMDC. Yet beyond issuing notifications and statements, there has been little meaningful action. Meanwhile, some private hospitals continue to generate billions in revenue while exploiting the very doctors who keep their healthcare systems running.
This is not just unfair, it is unacceptable. Young doctors deserve dignity, fair compensation, and respect for their hard work. The exploitation of healthcare professionals must be called out and addressed before more talented doctors are forced to leave the profession or the country.

🏔️🍁🇵🇰🚨- Pakistani forces begin a food blockade of Azad Jammu Kashmir
Near Dahangli Entry Point (Mirpur), all food and drink items are being confiscated from vehicles.
No vegetables, fruits, meat, or any item considered food is allowed to enter Azad Kashmir.
I can’t believe this is the same country for which our people sacrificed their lands and whose slogans our elders used to raise.
The Pakistani state is an enemy of Azad Kashmir, and no different to Israel & India. From now we consider them an enemy.
Today its 135 days of illegal incarceration for my children @ImaanZHazir & @AdvHadiali. For some lucky children of privileged parents @CMShehbaz & judge Asif it's speedy justice. But for Imaan & Hadi it's always been abt vengeance- "teach them a lesson" - never abt justice. But judges shd remember

Ghareeb pai harassment ka case ho tw CCD (rightly) foran us k naifay mai goli chala deti hai par ameer ka bacha r@p€ kr k larki ko maar chuka hai and police and CCD mazay sai so rahi hai……
This is Dr. Mahnoor’s original picture. These cruel people did not feel even a moment of humanity or remorse. She was someone’s daughter, someone’s sister, and surely a source of pride for her family. A beautiful face and an innocent life have been scarred forever because of this brutality. May such people face the consequences of the destruction they bring upon others.
I really want that drs shouldn’t initiate treatment untill all consent forms n legal docs are signed. No matter if patient is dying or choking. They should simply refuse it untill all consent papers n legalities are fulfilled. Pakistani drs in courtesy favour the patient and get into trouble. They should bring alll the paper work in practice!
Save your asses!
In the United States, the average salary of a first year resident physician is around $66,000–70,000 per year, roughly $5,833 per month before taxes. After deductions, most residents take home about $3,400–4,000 monthly. Even at current exchange rates, that equals nearly 1 million PKR per month.
Meanwhile, many young doctors in Pakistan work exhausting hours, often over 100 hours per week during training, while earning barely a fraction of that amount. These are some of the brightest minds in the country, carrying the responsibility of human lives after nearly a decade of rigorous education and training.
Demanding better salaries and working conditions for doctors in Pakistan is not unreasonable, it is necessary. Continued exploitation of young physicians will only accelerate the brain drain and further weaken the healthcare system for the people who need it most.
This picture is a slap in the face of patient confidentiality, medical ethics, and respect for doctors who spend years studying and training to serve people.
Allegedly, a CSS officer (ACP Burewala) entered a hospital (THQ) with cameras and a mic attached to his clothes while patients were actively being treated, and then publicly insulted a female doctor while recording the entire scene.
Hospitals are not movie sets or political stages. Patients deserve privacy, and doctors deserve dignity and professional respect.
Then people ask why doctors are leaving Pakistan. This kind of humiliation, interference, and public shaming is exactly why.
Absolutely shameful.
