Been working on HushRenewal with @Melissaakinyii for the last few weeks for the @encodeclub Build on Canton hackathon: AI agents negotiate a SaaS renewal without either side ever seeing the other's number.
- customer agent and vendor agent each reason over a private brief and seal one reservation price on-chain
- sealed bids are invisible to the counterparty by Daml contract privacy, not app policy
- a neutral matcher clears at a random price inside the overlap (midpoint would leak the bounds)
- license and cash settle in one atomic transaction, both legs or neither

here's what came out of it.
When we decided to take the Q2 @solanaturbine Advanced SVM program in a slightly different direction, we knew we were setting ourselves a difficult challenge.
Training engineers on the Solana application layer is hard enough. Helping them transition to the protocol layer in just six weeks is an entirely different challenge.
But we believed the demand for protocol engineers will only continue to grow as the SVM ecosystem matures.
Over the last three weeks, our cadets have spent countless hours diving deep into the SVM, networking, QUIC, Alpenglow, and Constellation. We've also had engineers working directly on the protocol share their experiences, design tradeoffs, and current challenges.
The exciting part is that our cadets didn't stop at theory.
In just a few weeks, they've already shipped practical systems experiments around Alpenglow, MCP, packet processing, and banking-stage performance:
• xdp-pshred-forwarder- implementing an XDP demultiplexer against the pshred wire format and proposer identity field
• svm-xdp-packet-router- exploring kernel-level packet routing strategies for SVM traffic flows
• banking-stage-jitter-harness experiments- a measurement harness for evaluating banking-stage timing behavior against Alpenglow Votor round requirements

This is only a small sample of what they've built in the first few weeks.
Watching engineers go from application development to building protocol-level systems in such a short period has been incredibly rewarding.
And we're only getting started.
The next few weeks will involve even more experimentation on the Read layer, Alpenglow, QUIC-only ingestion, MCP, profiling, benchmarking, and validator performance engineering.
Plenty of glass-chewing ahead.

- recipient encrypted to the TEE, never on the agent's tx

Parametrix — Team Lambdac
Parametrix is an oracle-native protocol for parametric risk settlement on Cardano. It enables users to hedge real-world risks‚ such as rainfall or other measurable events ‚ through deterministic smart contract execution. A hedger creates a pool and locks a premium, while liquidity providers subscribe by underwriting the risk. At settlement, the outcome is resolved using oracle data, and funds are distributed automatically based on predefined conditions.
The system is built as a full-stack implementation combining Aiken smart contracts, a MeshJS-based off-chain layer, a FastAPI oracle updater, and a Next.js frontend. The oracle is central to execution, not an add-on. Settlement depends entirely on validated external data, removing the need for claims, intermediaries, or manual verification.
Parametrix demonstrates a complete lifecycle ‚ create, subscribe, oracle update, and settle ‚ executed end-to-end on-chain. It introduces a new class of financial primitives on Cardano by enabling programmable, event-driven payouts.
This model has clear applications in agriculture, travel, and climate risk, and can evolve into scalable, liquidity-driven risk markets powered by oracle-based real-world settlement.

So @bags_studio currently sits in top 100 (75th), and the development I'd say is about 80% complete , some refinement + contract audit + mainnet deployment remains.
