Why CT Never Talks About Pi Value or GCV

Yesterday, our founders Nicolas Kokkalis and Chengdiao Fan released a video celebrating Open Mainnet’s one-year milestone.

As we have emphasized many times, the Core Team (CT) cannot and will not talk about Pi value or price.

Here’s why:
1️⃣ Role Separation: Technology vs. Value
CT is responsible for technology and infrastructure only.
Pi value does not come from CT.
Pi value is created, built, and strengthened by Pioneers through real ecosystem development and economic activity.
CT can only acknowledge what aligns with Pi Network’s long-term vision. They cannot assign, dictate, or create value — that authority belongs to Pioneers.

2️⃣ Legal Responsibility & Market Risk
If CT publicly discusses Pi value or supports GCV, it could:
• Directly affect exchange market prices
• Create legal liabilities
• Mislead people into thinking CT guarantees a specific price
Any sudden price rise or drop could lead to lawsuits from investors expecting guarantees.
The recent lawsuit a few months ago was dismissed because the court confirmed CT never promised any price. CT is not legally responsible for market losses.
This is why Nicolas Kokkalis and Chengdiao Fan will never talk about GCV or price publicly.
This is not avoidance — it is protection for the entire Pi Network.

3️⃣ Economic Authority Belongs to Pioneers
CT cannot interfere with the economic side.
The economic system, consensus value, merchant adoption, and ecosystem expansion belong entirely to Pioneers.
Only Pioneers can decide Pi’s consensus value.
Misunderstanding this can harm the ecosystem: if Pioneers wait for CT to set the price, development stops, and Pi becomes only a speculative coin without utility.
Without ecosystem support:
Price rises temporarily
Then collapses
And everyone suffers
This is unsustainable.

4️⃣ Strategic Cooperation: PCT & GCT
PCT focuses on technology and infrastructure.
GCT (Global GCV Core Team) focuses on value consensus, community education, ecosystem development, and guiding the International GCV Industry Alliance. Those who expect CT to announce Pi value or price are those who don't study and have misconceptions in their mindset.

Different responsibilities, same long-term vision.
Strategic separation ensures:
Legal safety
Economic stability
Sustainable ecosystem growth
Education Is Key
An educated Pioneer understands structure, responsibility, and the ecosystem.
Pioneers build value — they don’t wait for someone else to announce it.
I 100% trust CT — especially Nicolas Kokkalis and Chengdiao Fan — because they fully understand this long-term strategy.
Protection. Structure. Sustainability.
This is how Pi Network wins in the long run.

So if you want fully OM faster, you shouldn't wait for CT to provide it. You should work on it.

Two Mindsets We Must Avoid

Today, I want to speak honestly to all Pioneers.
There are two dangerous mindsets we must avoid:

1️⃣ Distrust Everyone — Including Yourself
Some pioneers:
Don’t trust PCT
Don’t trust Global GCV Core Team
Don’t even trust themselves
This mindset leads to:
Inactivity
Stopping mining
Selling Pi in panic
Losing long-term vision
If many pioneers adopt this attitude, it weakens the entire ecosystem and delays Fully OM because institutions won't enter when most pioneers in the community don't trust themselves and choose shortsighted behaviors.
Lack of confidence creates self-destruction. That's why we need education for all pioneers.

2️⃣ Blind Trust — But No Self-Responsibility
Some pioneers:
Fully trust PCT
Fully trust GCV Core Team
But do NOT trust their own role
So they “lie down and wait for Fully OM to come by itself.”
Yes — trust is good and patience is good.
But trust and patience alone are not enough.
Pi Network does NOT need spectators.
It needs real pioneers who contribute.

🔎 Important Clarification
Many pioneers focus only on technical infrastructure development.
That is good — but incomplete.
PCT is responsible for:
Technology
Infrastructure
Ecosystem tools
But Pioneers are responsible for:
Consensus value
Economic circulation
Real adoption
Community education

CT achievements cannot replace Pioneer achievements.
If pioneers only celebrate CT progress but do not act on their responsibility, we create a dangerous illusion:
“CT will make Pi successful for us.”
That is not correct.

✅ The Correct Mindset
✔ Trust PCT
✔ Trust GCV Core Team
✔ MOST IMPORTANT — Trust yourself and take action as a real pioneer.
And understand clearly:
You are NOT an observer.
You are a co-builder.
You are a value creator.
Only when pioneers take responsibility for their own role, while respecting technical development, can Pi Network truly move forward.
Balance. Responsibility. Action.
That is the path.

Then what is pioneer responsibility?

1. Truly understand the Pi Network White Paper for its mission and vision
2. Truly and deeply understand the Pioneers Handbook.
3. Truly understand the GCV Community Education Series.
4. After you understand the above, it's your time to educate other pioneers, promote it on social media and in all groups.
5. If you are merchants, we welcome you to join the GCV Industry Alliance or join the GCV ecosystem and share your business support for GCV Pi Network.

That's all! If more pioneers can do it, Fully OM can happen very fast because we give institutions, companies, banks, organizations confidence to make decisions earlier and faster to join in, especially liquidity providers.

We don't have much time left. Don’t waste time on meaningless things. Focus on real, valuable things that can help your financial freedom.

Following the discussion that has arisen regarding the official logo of the Global GCV Movement, I would like to share some important points with you.

The text I'm writing below is the story of the creation of the symbol of the Global GCV Movement, with supplementary attachments.

The Global GCV Movement is a movement that began with the founding efforts of Ms. Doris Yin, aimed at helping to create security and social welfare for everyone.

I joined X in January 2024, and from the very first day and my very first post, I was exclusively in the service of the GCV Movement and the dissemination of Pi Network news.

Since Ms. Doris Yin had long before taken action to establish the true value of Pi coins by creating the Global GCV Movement, I, like many Pioneers, followed her official account and would occasionally post content as well.

Given the activities I had carried out along my career path, I was fully familiar with the topic of branding and creating logos for visual impact in work, and I could see that the global GCV movement needed a flag and a symbol. in appreciation of Ms. Doris Yin efforts, I created a logo derived from her name and published it in a poster along with a text on my own X account on April 21, 2024

(her name was right before everyone's eyes, and no one had paid attention to her)

The lotus is a symbol that carries beautiful meanings in the culture of most countries, and it was highly consistent with the activities carried out by the beloved founder of the global GCV movement, Ms. Doris Yin — and what better symbol could there have been?

Since opportunistic and exploitative individuals have always existed, in this case too many people published my writings and posters under their own names (without mentioning my name).

This poster and the text attributed to it were also published from other accounts (note: published, not reposted), and Ms. Doris Yin saw it on X in other people's accounts, which sparked her admiration — but she did not know that I was the creator of the poster, until I sent her a message thanking her for her efforts, and alongside that, I told her that in appreciation of her activities I had made a logo from her name and used it in my poster, and I pointed to a spot in the left corner of the poster so she could see it.

If you look at the presented image, you can see my name in the background of the poster. This means that I designed this poster.

The creator of all the components used in the poster, except for the Pi Network symbol, is also myself, and nothing has been copied from anywhere.

Only then did she notice the logo, and she thanked me for this action, and at that very moment the first draft of the Global GCV Movement logo was introduced to everyone for the first time.

After that, Ms. Doris Yin invited me to collaborate and placed me in the main group (just like many dear ones who have always been invited to the main group for collaboration in appreciation of their services).

On April 27, 2024, Ms. Doris Yin asked me to create a poster for the first international conference with the following global conference on 5/4 EST 9 am GMT 1 pm, and I had very little time to do it.

I had less than three days, and I was able to sleep roughly three to four hours in total, and I prepared more than 10 drafts — and of course, I spent most of my time simultaneously finalizing the symbol.

I prepared exactly 16 drafts of the symbol to see which one I would choose among them.

Finally, I made my decision, and from among the symbols I sent only one, and from among the conference poster drafts I sent two, along with the image of the finalized symbol, to Ms. Doris Yin on April 29, 2024.

And it was right there that the symbol design of the GCV Movement was displayed to everyone for the first time.

It didn't take long before Ms. Doris Yin, on her official account, introduced this symbol to everyone as the official symbol of the Global GCV Movement. After that, I used "Designer of the GCV Symbol" in my bio and under my title.

From that time until now, all the dear ones who are present in the Global GCV Movement have used this symbol as a flag.

Of course, there were no small number of people who wanted to divert the symbol of the GCV Movement and use the famous, registered symbols of others for the movement — but at least none of them tried to create anything; they resorted to copying and tampering with other people's symbols. To the extent that Ms. Doris Yin officially wrote that no symbol other than this symbol should be used, because its ownership belongs to us ourselves, and its use in the GCV Movement is completely free.

All of these statements exist on the internet, and with a simple search, one can read all of it.

With the proposal to establish the GCV University and create its initial organizational structure, on July 27, 2024, I approached Ms. Doris Yin, and following her welcome of this plan, I took action to establish it. And by designing the certificates and presenting them, I have always been in the service of the sacred goals of the GCV Movement. (Designing the certificates was extremely hard and exhausting work, which was also done in a very short time, and for the second time it was carried out under intense pressure, to the point that I fell ill and continued working under those same conditions — yet until this very moment I had never even mentioned it.)

All of this progressed until war broke out in Iran (May 2025), and international internet in Iran was constantly being cut off and reconnected, and for a long, unprecedented period it was down for 4 consecutive months. I didn't know what had happened in the GCV Movement, until I finally returned to the team after a long time.

It should be mentioned that during that same difficult war period, I also designed the Industry Alliance certificate and got it into Lumari's hands.

I used to issue all national and international certificates under the direct instruction of Ms. Doris Yin and Lumari, and sometimes the conditions were very complicated and convoluted, but I did my job.

Certificates that some used, and some misused.

When Lumari and Jojo left the Global GCV Movement team by resigning, Vietnam team too, in pursuit of personal interests, refused to continue cooperating in the Global GCV Movement under the leadership of Ms. Doris Yin, and together with them, they created an organization of their own.

The representatives we had introduced to the world at that time in Vietnam (they had just joined the movement and were introduced through Lumari

were supposed to be the guardians of the assets of the weak and vulnerable people, and for this purpose they were trained. They even signed an undertaking, just like the rest of the ambassadors and leaders holding certificates — but they were not committed to their own signatures .

The pioneers trusted the GCV Movement under the leadership of Ms. Doris Yin, not them. And they used the very credibility that the GCV Movement had built for them to serve their own interests.

In fact, this activity cannot be called work or effort—it is a clear-cut case of freeloading off the fruits of others' labor.

They now hold their positions not because of their own individual abilities; they obtained them by clinging to the Global GCV Movement.

And they have made changes to the original logo of the Global GCV Movement and call it a design, which makes a roasted chicken laugh at the dinner table. (I should tell them right here: you have your own football symbol , so there's no need to go skiing off other people's symbols.)

They don't know that using another person's artwork is a clear-cut case of copyright infringement and is legally prosecutable.

I have nothing to do with whatever they are doing — that is their own business.

I protect my own property and I will not allow them to use the name, logo, and credibility of the Global GCV Movement for their own purposes. This is the indisputable right of every individual: not to allow their name and reputation to be misused.

The judgment is up to you, Pioneers.

History can be studied, but it cannot be changed.
