Company Income Tax (CIT) for Q3 2025 stood at ₦2.96 trillion, showing an increase of 6.55% on a quarter-on-quarter basis from ₦2.78 trillion in Q2 2025.
The domestic CIT received was ₦1.21 trillion, while Foreign CIT Payment was ₦1.75 trillion in Q3 2025.

The Statistician-General of the Federation @SG_YemiAdeniran yesterday visited Enugu State as part of ongoing nationwide supervisory engagements to monitor the implementation of the 7th round of the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS 7).
The visit began with a courtesy call on Dr. Nathaniel Urama, Honourable Commissioner for Finance and Economic Development, who received the delegation on behalf of His Excellency, Governor Peter Mbah, alongside the Honourable Commissioners for Budget and Planning, Health and Water Resources and Permanent Secretaries from relevant ministries.
During the meeting, the Statistician-General commended the Enugu State Government for prioritizing data-driven governance and highlighted the importance of the MICS programme in providing a broad range of social indicators to support evidence-based policy formulation and development planning.
Speaking during the visit, Dr. Urama appreciated the National Bureau of Statistics and UNICEF teams for conducting the survey in the state, noting that the government eagerly anticipates the results to evaluate progress made and guide future development interventions.
Accompanied by officials from UNICEF, the Statistician-General proceeded to observe enumerators conducting MICS 7 fieldwork, reaffirming the Bureau’s commitment to ensuring quality data collection across the country.
The visit also included inspections of the Federal School of Statistics and the Enugu State Office to assess staff welfare and infrastructure conditions.
These engagements form part of NBS’s continued efforts to strengthen statistical operations and ensure the production of reliable data for national and subnational development.
