@HathwayBrdband Absolutely nothing has been done in the name of customer service since I posted here on 17th July, original complaint was registered on 11th July. We were going to install another hathway service in other room but I think hathway has shown us the door to Tatasky

@ILFORDPhoto Maybe Ilford could have provided me with a voucher in the first place. I'd have collected the films from my local distributor. My point is that these were supposed to be replacement films and here I am paying for it.
