Trump just sent a letter to Congress saying the war in Iran is “terminated” because today marks 60 days and in order for the President to have the authority to continue, the Constitution requires a vote from Congress.

But the war is not really terminated.

Trump is just restarting the clock to avoid a vote from Congress that may limit his power to wage a war on Iran, and the war is absolutely not over just because there has been a ceasefire.

Also, Trump is about to start military actions again very soon.

It never ended.

This is unconstitutional and Congress should reclaim it’s constitutional authority.

وأضاف المسؤول أن إيران ستستخدم الأموال التي تجمعها في أعمال إعادة الإعمار، فيما لم يتضح بعد كيف ستستخدم سلطنة عُمان حصتها من هذه الرسوم.

ويقع المضيق ضمن المياه الإقليمية لكلٍّ من إيران وسلطنة عُمان، وكان يُنظر إليه عالميًا كممر مائي دولي، ولم تُفرض عليه رسوم عبور من قبل.

وتحدث المسؤول، الذي شارك مباشرة في المفاوضات، شريطة عدم الكشف عن هويته نظرًا لحساسية المداولات الداخلية.
