@breezeline@WOWcare Unless we have contact and action steps to a solution, you're losing a Columbus, OH customer as soon as your retention department opens on Monday.
2 missed appts in 2 weeks to bury a cable after a new install is not okay.
@breezeline Yup, we did that. Cable is still above ground, your techs missed 2 scheduled appointments, and your customer service - contacted using info at the link provided - has no record of contact since 8/20.
Now what?
@WOWCare We've reached out to all points of contact for Breezeline customer service with our issue, but after 2 missed appts in 2 wks & no record of contact since 8/20 (after multiple convos), Breezeline appears to be losing track of our issue :(
Do you know of anything else we can do?
@WOWCare Have an unburied cable from installation last week in Columbus, OH. A few days later, another tech came out and marked the ground, & we were told someone would be out to bury it today between 2-4p EST.
...and we're told by customer service that there's no record of our contact with customer service since 8/20?
We've attempted to contact your customer service through the support link provided, that's why these tweets exist.
Your turn :)

@Dewuk (3/3) It’s impossible for either of us to fit 19 years into a few tweets, but I’d love to catch up over a call if you’re available this weekend?
@Dewuk I sent an earlier tweet too soon and it may have come across unintentionally cryptic, but any chance you were in a poetry group at UT in the early 00s that had a shirt design of a hatchet buried in a bust of Shakespeare?
@Dewuk (2/3) You're associated with a lot of those happy and positive memories. I figured the Derek I remember would have appreciated knowing that, so BAM. Now you know!
You’re an awesome person, and I’m sorry that we fell out of touch.
@Dewuk (1/3) Stunned.
Stumbled in/out of a nostalgic LiveJournal rabbit hole with happy memories and a few other things to unpack (I had a lot of growing up to do - prob still do 😉)
@Squarepainter Affinity Designer is a solid single-payment option that's more user friendly and even has an app for iPad. If you can hold out for a minute, you can catch it at a discount if you watch it.

@Squarepainter Inkscape is the best free & open source alternative, but might require a lot of configuration to get a comparable setup to what you're used to in Illustrator.
Documentation is very thorough and any issue you come across can be solved: https://t.co/7lc5uCplTc ...
