@southwest your staff is extremely rude & dishonest. My wife and I were removed from our flight after your flight attendants said “after multiple attempts to tell us to pull our masks up.” THERE WAS ONLY ONE REQUEST AND THAT WAS WHILE I WAS EATING NUTS I HAD BROUGHT ON THE PLANE.
