@impulse020 Longshot here but wanted to throw this out. whenever this happened to me it was a clog in the plumbing clean out, sometimes roots can grow thru a seal and slow the flow. If you have one of these around your place a plumber might run a quick roto-rooter thru it to clear stuff up.
