If you can read a book a week, on average, you'll be one of the top 1% of book readers in America
Teddy Roosevelt found time to read pretty much every day of his life, both as a cowboy and as president
Thomas Jefferson had one of the greatest libraries, if not the best library, in the United States...which he sold to the US to form the basis of the Library of Congress
There's always time to read, it's finding the right things to read that counts!
@nic_munoz Reading is downloading centuries of thought into your head. One book is a lifetime of someone else’s learning so remember the ones who read shelves think different because they have
Elon Musk on Napoleon:
“One of the things I learned from Napoleon is that wherever the general is, that’s where the army does best. So if you’re the leader, you have to be at the most important place at the most important time. You have to be willing to go to the front lines. You can’t just sit back in safety and give orders. The presence of the leader has an enormous effect on morale and performance.”
State police’s
Border Patrol force
Air Military patrol.
Because what this “haram” are pushing for will override us due to lack of active personnel in all forces. Increase pay of all to 300% more for field personnel and watch how million of youth join.
At this current point in Nigeria, we need to go back to regional government and let the region develop their economy, infrastructure and industry. The idea of one Nigeria will not work and can’t work. Nigeria aren’t good people to their self
State police’s must be implemented.
@Mrpauloo187353@bossolamilekan1 You need debt to build wealth, else you’ll spend money needed for multiple things on just one project. Just know your limit and understand bad debt.
@tare_abang@jocular_solo We don’t have general maintenance culture, very few people do. They’ve to teach this to everyone in school. Maintain stuff even if you don’t benefit from it..
Someone is selling a fully operational winery in Tuscany for €750k ($864k).
9 hectares (22 acres) of land in total. 3 established vineyard hectares, 1 of mature olive trees producing certified organic olive oil, and 5 of cultivated farmland.
It already produces 9 wine labels and generates around €50k a year, selling locally only. The winery crafts 4 reds, 3 whites, 1 rosé and 1 passito. The fully equipped cellar and all the machinery are included, so it's a full business that's already running.
Above the cellar there's a 3-bedroom apartment, so you live where you work. The property is 5 minutes from Saturnia, home to one of Tuscany's most famous thermal springs.
I sent this to one of my clients the other day who's been looking for a project like this, but it's a bit too small for him.
This is Tuscany by the way. One of the most famous wine regions on earth. Just wanted to make sure that landed.
Curious how much something like this would cost in Napa?
