@Gaming14Lalo @ZenlessWorld Norma and Dialyn are both really good, Norma especially shines with Cissia, Orphie, Pyrois, Sigrid, Soldier 11 and Rupture DPS. If you like these agents, go for it! Also Norma has good DPS so she can help weaker characters like Ben and Manato clear much easier

@cawper12 @ehepocket Cissia's m2 increases venom generation on chain attacks so at that investment level Norma becomes a better partner than Seed (Seed better for Cissia at m0 obviously)

@random_bangboo @ehepocket Norma isn't that far behind Seed for Cissia, but if you have m2 Cissia (gets more venom on chains) then Norma performs better than Seed

@_niikhavoD @Zenlessnewz Eve does chain attacks but her damage isn’t locked behind them… Cissia, S.Billy, Sigrid, Pyrois for example all heavily benefit from chain attacks without their gameplay revolving around it like Eve
