Hilarious and easily avoidable mistake by the dolt who thinks he's the intellectual in this exchange.
@Uc_heyy02 Among the many crimes of Weiss/Benioff/Condal and their treatment of source material, the most baffling and immoral is their constant need to insert SA storylines, even some that never existed in the books and/or serve no purpose to the story.
@Uc_heyy02 As I think about it, they're giving some of the Shepherds preaching to Ormund. I like what they've done with his character filling in the blanks from the book, but it feels like they're trying to cram too much into limited characters now.
@Uc_heyy02 I think the sack of Tumbleton will be just as gut wrenching if they do it properly. They're already setting up for Hugh Hammer's family to die setting up his heel turn along with Ulf who's just an amoral POS.
@David_Da_Boss I think they already foreshadowed it - didn't High send his wife and kid to Tumbleton? Because the show has him as a good man now, I'm guessing something tragic will befall his family so the heel turn is plausible.
@Devon_Eriksen_ My life is enriched by reading your writing, and im glad to hear you and your lovely wife are thriving (I get a kick out of her responses to your posts, trying to keep the bills paid btw) 🙏
@Uc_heyy02 The show portraying Rhaenyra and Alicent as softer and more resistant to war while the male characters rage around them. This gives them the moral high ground while weakening their agency. I get it, but I'm not sure I like the choice.
