I am a Colorado resident and my Second Amendment Rights have been violated by the passage of SB 25-003 Semiautomatic Firearms And Rapid Fire Devices. This bill was designed and passed by the Democrat State House Representatives, Democrat State House Senators and then signed by Democrat Governor Polis on 4/10/2025 for final passage. These individuals have met the elements of 18 USC 241 & 18 USC 242 which is a violation of Federal Civil Rights laws. SB25-003 can be found at https://t.co/CxYjrZpV1j a list of those elected officials who voted yes can be obtained from the Colorado State Capitol. There are too many to list with a five hundred word limit for this document. SB 25-003 was designed to restrict and take my civil rights under the pretense of public safety.
