how they should change it imo
is have the traders all look at the same setup from a historical charts at a certain point in time (volume, price, rsi, etc) make their picks on which charts to long/ short/ etc, then you fast forward in time and see what actually happened and who picked which charts right. make it pure TA competition

short term leverage trading clearly makes no sense / doesnt reveal any skill
