Is volibear bugged rn? His text says that relentless storm will target a random enemy and then the enemy nexus if none, but rn even i ftgere are enemies on board one of his skills eull target the enemy nexus. I assume that orginally its meant to work like Riptide Rex?

@PlayRuneterra I love the game and expansion but please nerf the problematic cards so there is more deck variety. Siren song can go to 1+0, Barbed chain can go to five mana and powder pandemonium can go to 6. Champions strength needs higher mana or stats reduced. Idk for S.S.
