@ReiterLab@uflorida Thanks for visiting! What a fantastic seminar! Had a blast catching up & introducing you to my lab. Also, no gators were harmed during our little excursion on campus...!
It was great to give a talk at the University of Utah's Human Genetics @UofUGenetics Retreat last week as an alum and learn about the amazing science, reconnect with my PhD department and see the mountains! Thanks for the invite!
1/6 Hi! I finally joined X and am excited to connect with colleagues and friends!Just a little blurb about me. My love for science started as an undergraduate in Germany, where I studied Molecular Biology at the University of Goettingen and the University of Kiel.
6/6 My lab focuses on studying adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS), a sideways curvature of the spine and the most common pediatric musculoskeletal disorder (funding from the Scoliosis Research Society @SRS_org) but we are also venturing into vascular calcification disorders.
2/6 My first research experience was during a summer internship in Erik Jorgensen’s lab at the University of Utah! Unbelievable experience that ignited my passion for genetics.
