Manesar Toll fraud.Entering Gurgaon, at the toll, the incharge said that my Paytm has no money&I will have to pay cash. I said that’s not possible and was going to check the account when he said he will take a long time to fill money in and I should pay cash and the queue is long

Before me it was a similar situation& lane was generally going very slow. The guy at the counter asked for cash of Rs. 165 gives some receipt in return and due to COVID the first reaction is to sanitise the receipt and hands due to which the ink print of the receipt wiped off.

This is a major toll fraud and I wonder what the govt is doing. Whether any money is going to the govt or all of it is going to them (cash and Paytm).

The moment I got home after 2 hours and checked my Paytm the toll of Rs. 65 had gotten deducted from the Manesar toll and then I realised that not only had the toll incharge cheated me by taking money twice over but in fact cheated by take 165 Rs. Cash instead of 65 Rs.

@HSBC_UK I have been trying to contact HSBC travel insurance claims for the last 2 days. First time 1.5 hours waiting and call got disconnected, second time 40 minutes wait. Today 3.46 hours and no response got fed up and hung up. Really poor service and highly disappointed.
