Iran: Low-Cost Missile Development and Production
In recent years, Iran has moved to fully domestic missile manufacturing at extremely low unit costs.
One example is the Kheibar Shekan, a ballistic missile that costs around US$1 million per unit. This figure is possible because the entire production chain is state-controlled, reverse-engineered technologies have been simplified, and local labor is cheap.
Managed directly by the IRGC, the production line eliminates the profit margins of large private defense corporations that drive Western weapons costs sky-high.
For a medium-range missile with terminal maneuverability and solid fuel, this is an extremely low price.
Western industries in the US and Israel simply cannot compete with this model.
Their development depends on private suppliers with high profit margins. Iran centralizes all fabrication in state-controlled industrial complexes and underground bases. The program was built and refined through reverse engineering, without the billion-dollar upfront R&D costs of original development.
The entire cycle runs at low cost.
The Kheibar Shekan is a third-generation solid-fuel missile. Solid motors are cheaper to mass-produce and require far less storage maintenance than liquid-fuel systems. Iran has also shifted to lighter, lower-cost composite materials in the airframe, cutting structural weight without expensive metal alloys.
Another key feature of Iranian missiles is the electronics approach. Western missiles rely on military-certified microchips that cost thousands of dollars each.
Iran has specialized in circumventing sanctions by adapting dual-use civilian electronics and commercial navigation sensors that deliver acceptable guidance accuracy at a fraction of the price.
The estimated US$1 million unit cost creates a severe asymmetry against the interceptors used to stop it. A Patriot interceptor runs US$4–6 million; a THAAD interceptor is in the US$12–15 million range per shot.
And the Kheibar Shekan is only one of these cheap missiles. The solid-fuel Zolfaghar, with a range of about 700 km, costs under US$300,000; The liquid-fuel EMAD, with a range over 1,500 km and high accuracy, was estimated by JINSA at approximately US$250,000 per unit on mass-assembly lines.
Even if the real cost reaches $500,000 or higher, it remains a fraction of the interceptors needed to try to shoot it down.
The Shahab-3, the traditional backbone of Iran’s medium-range force, has modern variants costing between US$1 million and US$3 million.
That is only slightly below the claimed hypersonic Fattah-1, estimated at US$2–3 million.

Two wars. No military solution. And a president who can’t navigate either. ⚠️
In this clip I lay out the stakes: “President of the United States has two wars on his hand, and he is desperately trying to figure a way out of both of them" but everything he has tried, in both conflcits, have failed. Without significant course change, our side could lose both.
I warn that Ukraine is “going in a decided bad direction, which could see it escalate into a NATO clash with Russia" which could transform a bad situation into an existential crisis for our nation, as the chances of such a war escalating to nuclear is uncomfortably high.
And on Iran, I make it clear: “There is no military solution" that can end that war on terms we like. To continue pursuing the militarily unattainable, deepens the cost to us that is already baked in.
The most sobering part: “President Trump is now, I think you have to say, is cognitively impaired." It is difficult for a president under the best of circumstances to navigate a war. But it is made profoudnly more difficult when he cannot make rational decisions based on a sober understanding of the fundamentals involved.
This situation is far more dangerous than most Americans realize.

BREAKING: 🇨🇳 China begins mass production of homegrown DUV chipmaking tools known as the lithography machines, marking a major breakthrough for its semiconductor industry, per the Information
China was heavily dependent on the Netherlands, specifically on the Dutch company ASML, for advanced lithography machines.
Time will tell...
It took long, but the simple truth is out:
➡️ The U.S. fought a luxury war, from secure distance, using the best they have (made for WWIII)
You can't fight like this if your opponent is 'hard' & smart enough to change the warfare equation into War of Attrition
So the biggest military might and superpower and economy and yada yada not only can't take on Iran at war, it cannot even defend its regional whores from Iran's friends while its soldiers and bases take heavy fire with o ability to respond, completely neutralized in their trillion-dollar outfit and kneeling in the dark.
I don't think 'sic transit gloria mundi' described anything better in the last 500 years. What a time to be alive, and in love with Iran, and resistance, and human dignity
🇮🇷 🇺🇸 Daniel @Haqiqatjou explains how America being a super power is WHY THEY’RE LOSING against Iran.
«America is a generalist military. whilst Iran has been laser-focused on one enemy and therefore has the stockpiles needed that America lacks»
JUST IN: 🇨🇳🇺🇸🇮🇷 China responded to Trump’s threats over the support for Iran:
“As a comprehensive strategic partner, China strongly supports Iran in safeguarding its sovereignty, security, and national dignity”
@hippyygoat Rats leaving the sinking ships. Anyhow they know atkeast 300 iranian biliatic missiles are locked in day 1 and they don't wanna die for the zionist occupied bastard child.
Trump’s Iran War Delusion Exposed: Ignoring the Failure of the First 40 Days of Bombing, Trump Tries AGAIN to Force Open the Strait ⚠️
Robert Barnes (@barnes_law) lays out exactly how dangerous that has become:
“There’s nothing we can do to open the strait militarily — that is the reality.” Yet Trump only accepts that truth on days when he is, as Barnes puts it, “mentally sober.”
He explains how Trump understood the severe economic, energy, and geopolitical risks when he signed the MOU — but then “keeps relapsing back into delusional Donald” after listening to Fox News generals and media cheerleaders.
Barnes details how Trump convinces himself that escalation will magically produce good outcomes: “The good thing is absolutely going to happen. The bad thing’s not going to happen.”
Meanwhile, CENTCOM has “not been forthcoming” about casualties, and Barnes warns the real number of wounded may exceed a thousand — including contractors not counted in official tallies.
He argues this is an unnecessary, counterproductive war enabled by a cabinet that won’t push back: “All you have are cowards for the most part other than Vance and Colby.”

@BRICSinfo And some bases in Jordan that are being bombed right now and diago Garcia plus rge carrier. The US abilities have massively degraded. Picture what british did to German U2 rocket bases . The same strategy was employed by iran . US has no other choice but to sign 2nd surrender.
@BRICSinfo Not possible anymore . Simpls fact the first operation epstien happned because at that time the Whole GCC basese were fully operational from where they fighter jets flew + occupied palastine but since than the whole US GCC bases are in ruins and all they have left is israel
