@Drlipid @RZubiranS Listen to Andrew Huberman's podcast with Dr Michael Davidson on lipids and cardio.

@mdavidsonmd Keep us updated on the new EPA supplement you mentioned on Andrew Huberman's podcast. I have terrific lipids and heart and have been taking a good quality of Omega 3's for 30 years. Absolutely no plaque at 75. Would not mind better brain protection. Thanks for the podcast.

@netflix Veronica Mars last episode sucks. I will never support or watch anything the producer of Veronica Mars, Rob Thomas. He ruined my day, ruined all the hours that I was watching Veronica Mars. Terrible decision, terrible ending.

Home Office: Lovely work space for our client in Napa. Custom built and nicely painted. We have our own paint shop where we spray and heat set creating a very durable finish. Always fun to play with unique colors.

I miss @PeterAttiaMD. His brilliance, curiosity, and fearless interviews with leading physicians, researchers, and innovators elevated the public conversation. That kind of thoughtful discourse is rare. We benefited enormously. I hope he returns.
