A5: we can commit to constantly build and maintain relationships so that when the tough discussions come you have the relational capacity to navigate them without losing the relationship with the student. #ncsnowchat

A3: talking to other adults in the building that know your disengaged student can really broaden your perspective and give you new insight on how to motivate or help the student, we see such small clips of each student in our 45 or 90 minutes classes. #ncsnowchat

Had this happen last semester, for me trying to talk to that student but not forcing myself on them and being open to feedback even if it was tough to hear, and trying to incorporate some of that feedback into the classroom helped. #ncsnowchat
