During his visit to Valencia, H.E. Dr. Emmanuel Mallia met Ricardo Jesús Sicluna Lletget, President of the Asociación Amigos de Malta. A distinguished architect with Maltese ancestry, he has held key roles in heritage and architecture within the Valencian Community.
