My experience with GoMechanic, scheduled a service for coolant leak for Sep 3rd, delayed pickup on 6th Sep, car delivered on sept 11th, leak still persisted, reported flaw on 20th sept. Response "fixed it!! but since your car is old it consumes coolant.."

Despite my husband's name being clearly mentioned in my aadhaar details against exactly this sort of eventuality.

Unless I go sit in front of a government official to get a letter, there appears no way for me to simply proceed with living my life as a citizen of this country.

I understand due process to ensure no misuse of system but this sort of a stalemate only penalizes citizens. I have no valid documents to update Bank, Phone details or to recieve any overseas parcels without a base document.

We cannot even invoke Head of Family route +
