@AidanC1979 @AsIAmIreland Our oldest is 14 and was diagnosed just before he turned two. It’s been a journey for all of us and has tested so much in our lives, yet the beauty found in the tapestry of Autism is profound! You’re never alone!

@KalebsCode It’s in those moments that you need to remember you are never alone. So many of us battle things. Find a meditative focal point (mind’s eye or tangible) and breath. Allow yourself to picture the negative build up falling away, like water off a duck’s back.

An 85 year old woman taught my daughter, Fiona, and I, to make these stars.

She’s been forming them out of paper each Winter season since she was 8.
