@ansem_edet To the benefits of their elites and the hurt and cost to their people
It doesn't come free but a cost of which their people are paying heavily for today
After the failure of Awo national politics,Yoruba political elites decided the easy way to gain national economic&political power is to mortgage SW,it pple&institution(incl traditional) which awo never did.but what they don't know cos they don't relate&not loved by the grassroot
it out of his goodwill but protect&preserve SW
Whatever SW is experiencing today is the trading of SW by Yoruba political
Traditional elites on the altar of politics& economic and will rather burn down SW &cater to migrants cos they are not loved at home than lose their benefits
The Igbo was able to turn an average igbo man to a loyal ethnic voter wherever they are in Nig thru constant regurgitating of victimhood&historical falsehood.igbo candidacy is not just an election for them but an agenda. The Yoruba elites don't understand this
@og_beeping101 They have not only failed they have exchanged SW for economic and political by allowing migrants and whoever have economic and political value to them not only settle but also have a stake in local politics
@grindmstr@xniyi Some of them know the truth and reality on ground but are just too ashamed to admit it and also to keep the blaming migrants for everything taking point going
The problem of Yoruba are the Yoruba elites that are mortgaging SW for economic& political gains
@femiogunleye9 And the funny thing is that he will still be rewarded by some Yoruba elites. Whereas those that stood up for tinubu&apc will either suffer the consequences of their support or b thrown under the bus
Yoruba elites value class&friendship circle than their tribe

@grindmstr@xniyi God bless u for this take most of them to want to admit. It's like dey were paid to always shift the blame on the migrants Igbo did,Fulani that. When d real culprits are the Yoruba elites collaborator that empower dem.dey don't just wake up&come to dos place
@EOyigi@jidesanwoolu All those so called directives issuance na eye serve to deceive&calm the pro Yoruba people and cos election is coming
Those people don’t just wake up and install themselves as obi of Lagos this&that without the knowledge of the government and monetary exchange
Lagos is a company
@wlcback14@iamyvonnejegede Notice when their celebrity wants to support them(obi) they come out with their full chest but the Yoruba ones will be hiding and talking in parables. I won’t totally blame them sha cos the Yoruba apc leaders will not give dem cover when Dey face backlash
@adeoluorisa Since 16 years ago I was in Abeokuta I was hearing about this
And if you take a deeper look you will find Yoruba elites including traditional ones enabling them either for political or economic gains
@Montero1016 M.c oluomo still champion and campaign for a non Yoruba candidate there. They are only angry cos this one sidelined them

@BayCense35721@marcaronified 🤣🤣🤣 sometimes even hours. Which is why I told you we will need a Donald trump like money bag to sustain people consciousness and any movement.every media house is attached to a party or politician cos dats D tools dey use to shape&mold opinions
@wlcback14 Actually it's a strategy they have employed to use pro Yoruba agitation for the defence of their principal and party and it's been working. I have been seeing non Yoruba also recently start posting igbo problems in SW rhetoric to agitate Yoruba people
