રાજ્ય મંત્રીમંડળની બેઠકમાં આજે કેન્દ્ર સરકારના ગૃહ મંત્રાલયના દિશાનિર્દેશ અનુસાર ગુજરાતના વિવિધ જિલ્લાઓમાં યોજાનાર મોકડ્રીલ અંગે તમામ મંત્રીશ્રીઓ અને પ્રભારી સચિવશ્રીઓ સંબંધિત જિલ્લાતંત્રનું માર્ગદર્શન કરે તે માટેની સમીક્ષા હાથ ધરી.

આ મોકડ્રીલનો હેતુ, દેશ પર હવાઈ હુમલા જેવી કોઈ સ્થિતિ આવી પડે, તો નાગરિકોએ સતર્કતા રાખીને શું કરવું તેનાથી સૌને માહિતગાર કરવાનો છે. તેમાં કોઈ ડર કે ગભરાટ રાખવાની બિલકુલ જરૂર નથી. નાગરિકોમાં આ બાબત સુનિશ્ચિત કરવા અંગે જરૂરી દિશાનિર્દેશ પણ આ બેઠકમાં આપ્યા.

રાજ્ય મંત્રીમંડળની આ બેઠકમાં સેના અને સુરક્ષા દળોએ સફળતાપૂર્વક પાર પાડેલા #OperationSindoor માટે સમગ્ર ગુજરાત વતી માનનીય વડાપ્રધાન શ્રી @NarendraModi અને સુરક્ષાદળોને અભિનંદન પાઠવ્યા.

Urgent Appeal for Support: Help the Hindus of Murshidabad.

The recent disturbances and concerted attack on Hindus in Murshidabad District’s Suti, Samserganj, Jangipur, Dhulian, Farakka and other areas have left many Hindu families in distress. Hundreds of Hindus are displaced and have taken refuge in neighboring districts. Those who couldn't move out are struggling to meet their basic needs. Their homes have been looted and vandalised. Even their source of drinking water such as ponds and wells have been poisoned.

Today some people have got back to their homes with the assistance of the BSF personnels. The District Administration and Superintendents of the Police Districts are not allowing people to reach these areas for distribution of relief materials. I have been sending emails in this regard but still haven't received any response from their side.

At this juncture, I would like to appeal to philanthropic Organizations such as Ramakrishna Mission, Bharat Sevashram Sangha and ISKCON to help these people in distress by arranging food materials and drinking water.
Also any kind-hearted souls who have access to these areas and are willing to help, but need any local contact for logistical support, can send me an email for liasoning:

I would also like to request His Excellency Hon'ble Governor of West Bengal; Dr. C.V. Ananda Bose to kindly mobilise the Red Cross Society's West Bengal unit so that they can visit the affected areas for distribution of relief materials.
