@RektPan @golfnpreacher @ClownWorld Salvage is different then wrecked/repaired. A salvaged car will have a title clearly stating the vehicle is salvage. Selling it without disclosure is fraud. Selling any used vehicle as new is fraud. Neither scenario is present in this video.

No, it won't. You go from a system where people can help when they can, to one that forces people to help when they can't, while politicians exempt themselves and their friends from having to pay anything. None of the money will go where you think.
