If credit unions aspire to attract small business accounts you need to know something about small business.
First almost all use some type of accounting package. Prioritize making those connections easy and resilient, I’m tried of having to “fix” the connection every three days.
Secondly, understand how small businesses advertise. My credit union yesterday had to manually “allow” me to use my business debit card to purchase a Instagram ad for my business. The rep then told me I’ll have to call and preauthorize each future transaction.
Shows me you don’t understand small business.
Hey @LegalZoom stop F%%%%n calling me. I've told you repeatedly I'm not interested in your accounting services!!!!
This is ridiculous!
@FCC can I get some help?
I’m convinced that data centers are the new Witches of Salem.
Just like then, we are living through an age of mass hysteria. And no amount of logic or reason appears to be working.
Found out @Adobe has been sliding $60 in charges a month through my personal card. Cancelled them last month ... shame on me for not paying attention. Guess who just charged it again? At some point the @FTC needs to start looking at these firms who are stealing what can only be millions from American consumers.
@SenTedCruz you need to pull these online thieves in front of your Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation and hold them accountable for their deceptive practices.

@akafaceUS The differentiation between lake and pond is two fold, first it is based on size but second a pond has no outlet for the water the water ponds together into one low space on the surface. A lake will typically have an inlet and an outflow at some point. That is a pond.
@Zoom@FTC@AFergusonFTC@MeadorFTC@NCAGO To be clear, it's not about the money. It is about an anti-consumer and deceptive practice that allows people to sign up immediately, but places completely unnecessary manual barriers in front of cancellation. Still worthy of investigation.
If you want frustration try canceling a @Zoom account. I requested cancellation 8 days ago and their process requires that they send you a written quote to "Disable Auto Renewal". Still haven't seen this form ... this is absolutely criminal. @FTC needs to look into this.
