@PaulDan92082415 @EmsyB35 @TUIUK @PalmaAirport @manairport We did get them after 3.5hrs. Apparently they didn’t have the correct equipment to get them off the ancient plane they sent us on. We had been 24hrs in the airports all in by then so didn’t feel very lucky to be fair!

@TUIUK Any chance you can give us info about flight TOM2623? In @palmaairport it’s gone off the board. It is delayed but for how long? Where can we find a rep after security? Been here over 3hrs already. Total shambles!

@TUIUK It wasn’t really the delay.. it was the fact that there were no reps to be seen after 2:45pm yesterday. No customer care for old people or children. Safeguarding was an absolute joke!

@TUIUK we have been at Palma airport 15hrs. Flight to Manchester delayed by 13hrs. Given a gate and told we would fly at 1:30am. It is now 1:25am and I’m not sure what plane we are flying on! Saw a TUI rep ONCE 12hrs ago!

@TUIUK after a 16hr delay it took 1hr on tarmac and 3.5hrs to get baggage off the plane. 2 other TUI flights got theirs first after landing after us! 22 hours in airports for a 2hr flight! Kids up for 28hrs and sleeping on the floor!

@daniel36 @TUIUK Thanks We took off at 3am. Been sat on the tarmac at Manchester for nearly an hour as no buses to the terminal. You couldn’t make it up

@philrainey @TUIUK @PalmaAirport We spoke to a passenger who went back through security and found a @TUIUK rep and they said an announcement will be made at 2.30pm. The only info we can find is it that it will take off at 1:30am.
