Paid my agent (as a buyer and seller) 1% on my last three real estate transactions. 20 other realtors would've taken that deal easy. If you're paying '90s realtor commissions (% wise) in this market then you're overpaying.

@VeganAri Would require interospection on a large scale. Ppl are fine with allowing these illnesses to spur every decade or so. The same people pushing to raise the sense of urgency while in a pandemic fail when it comes to preventing it in the first place. Easier to look outward vs inward

Mohamed-Aslim Zafis was a volunteer caretaker at IMO Mosque in Etobicoke. He was helping the mosque on Saturday night to comply with COVID-19 regulations & keep his community healthy. His murder is such a tragedy. We join his family and the Muslim community in mourning his loss.
