Why are MLAs , MPs allowed to pursue movies, art, singing, bhajans, programs, commentary, commerical engagements, etc during the elected term.....
Isn't that a conflict of interest....
Imagine voting for a MP/MLA - thinking that he/she will make the city better, roads, schools, hospitals and stuff.....
But then once elected...
You see them acting in 2 movies and 3.series in a year or singing in programs.... Like how does it make sense...
Remember when Facebook was fun? People shared real moments, posted life updates, uploaded albums AFTER living the moment, wished everyone on birthdays and reconnected with old friends. Your feed was only the people you actually knew and you were happy with 7 likes and 1 poke.
Muktaben Dagli ji lost her sight when she was 7. That didn't stop her from building one of Gujarat's most remarkable institutions for blind girls.
When she was awarded the Padma Shri, she whispered: "I worked for my daughters like every parent does. Why the award?"
The audience laughed, then went quiet. Because what she said was both modest and completely true.
Through her organisation PMSK , she along with her husband Pankaj ji raised 200 blind girls, housed 30 differently-abled individuals, and cared for 25 elderly abandoned by their families. The girls are taught vocational courses like home science, sewing and computer and are also trained in life-skills like cooking, commuting, and documentation work to help them become independent.

Just one question to @SunRisers why would you win the toss and chose to bowl on a ground and pitch like this ? signing your exit warrant in a knockout match? #vaibhavsuryavanshi#IPL#cricket#RRvsSRH .
Every time I walk out onto that pitch, I carry this badge like it means everything, because it does. As captain, I’ve had a lot to learn this season.
Still learning, still growing.
We will be back stronger. 💙 @DelhiCapitals
