@kirubaakaran Was here for a project near the Siachen glacier , had wife and 6 year old kid visiting , they faced no challenges which i did without any diamox exposure before landing here and hearing it from the locals.

@kirubaakaran Guys all you need is 2 days of Diamox prior to your flight and you will be good. Beyond that the right level of hydration works for you. Golden rule is optimum hydration , No alcohol and a lot of rest for the first 24 hours and you are good to go.
