My 2012 Ford Focus has been at a Ford Dealer since early June (OVER 90 DAYS) awaiting parts to repair a defective TCM. Dealer said parts are on order but not sure when the parts would be in to make the repairs. This has been a known issue since 2015.
@Lowes@MarvinREllison I have been waiting home all day and your contractor, G&G Appliance Service has not shown up AGAIN. I have been waiting for over a month to get my washing machine fixed and Lowe’s has not done anything about it.
@MarvinREllison who at Lowe’s can help me with one of your appliance contractors, G&G Appliance Service. I have tried your customer service, but they cannot get through to them either. There has got to be someone between The Lowe’s CEO and Customer Service that can HELP!!!
@Lowes@MarvinREllison I have been waiting over 4 weeks for your contractor G&G Appliance Service to repair my washer. Every time I call @Lowes or G&G I have to wait on hold for at least an hour and I don’t get any updates. Can I get a date of when my washer will be fixed???
@Lowes how can I get a refund on a Protection Plus plan. I purchased the plan with a new Washer and Dryer, but now that I need service, your service contractor has not been responsive. Since you can’t provide the service, I think it’s only right that I get a refund .
@Ford my 2012 Focus had some Transmission problems today. Symptoms look like it is the TCM. I believe this is covered under a special extended warranty. If a local service station repairs it, how do I get reimbursed.
