mailed @AmazonUK and messaged the seller and called customer services since november and no one helping you. The customer service on the phone is shocking ! At least have enthusiasm on the phone. I didnt even believe it was amazon I put the phone down thinking it was a scammer

@AmazonHelp Thank you for the response, I ordered catering trays in november along with 2 other items, the trays didnt arrive but it says they did. I dont want a refund I just want the trays I ordered which I frequently order. Thank you
