@bt_uk can’t wait for the next 2 weeks when my new broadband is installed. Been with BT over 30 years and always been happy. Now out of contract and paying £60+ a month for LESS than 5MB speed (should be 60MB). Offered £5 reduction for same deal! Not a chance! See ya 👋 🤬
