Across models, the AI consensus favored Dara-VRd (51%), followed by Isa-VRd (27%).
Clinicians were even more decisive, 65.6% selected Dara-VRd.
Both AI and oncologists converged on a clear signal: Fit, transplant-ineligible patients are increasingly treated with frontline quadruplets to maximize depth of response and MRD negativity.
Overall AI correctly identified the direction of frontline intensification — but underestimated how dominant Dara-VRd has become in real-world decision-making.
