I searched a Gaza war crimes archive for my family.
I quickly realized I wasnโt using it the way most people would. I wasnโt browsing it as an activist, researcher or journalist.
I was looking for my family.
My heart sank as I filtered the archive by the dates we lost them and searched for someone I loved.
I found footage I hadnโt seen before of the bombing of the Church of St. Porphyrius, where my cousin Soliman was killed.
I searched for the day my great aunt Elham was murdered, and the day Nahida and Samar Anton were killed by Israeli snipers at the Holy Family Catholic Church.
Eyewitnesses told us Elham was crushed by an Israeli tank. I have graphic photographs of her body that were sent to me by church workers in Gaza, but I found no footage of what happened.
It made me wonder how many people died without leaving behind any visual record.
The realization stayed with me.
Here was a digital graveyard where pieces of my own family history are preserved for journalists, historians, truth seekers and, undoubtedly, those seeking to exploit or consume human suffering.
I know I wonโt be the only person to experience this. Other Palestinians searching for loved ones almost certainly will too. But it struck me that this is a form of grief that could scarcely have existed before our time.
Itโs a form of grief I never imagined could exist.
Florida, is rolling out AI-powered cameras on its garbage trucks to scan properties for code violations, unpermitted renovations, & other issues. After installing FLOCK cameras on poles, the city is now adding mobile surveillance from trash trucks to monitor homes and yards. ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ๐คก
"We have cameras everywhere in that town and you cannot get a breath of fresh air without us knowing"
When police are admitting this out loud, it's time to admit the cage isnโt coming, we're already inside it.
Flock cams have been found at:
-Bike paths
-Nature trails
-Public parks
-Wilderness areas
-Community pools
-Reproductive clinics
-Schools & preschools
-Entrance to state parks
-Gyms & recreation centers
-Childrenโs gymnastics room
It's not plate tracking.
Itโs people tracking.
Today Inย Dystopia
Today in dystopia Americans are becoming increasingly outraged by the ubiquitousness of Flockโs AI-assisted surveillance cameras throughout US cities. Flock officers getting caught in lies and viral video footage of police abusing their access to the technology have contributed to the outcry, with public vandalism of the cameras taking place with increasing frequency in public spaces.
Today in dystopia the German government is moving to ban workers from calling in sick by phone in order to boost the economy by reducing the amount of sick leave being taken by corporate employees. New regulations would require a certified in-person doctorโs visit on the very first day of sick leave. Theyโre just coming right out and saying that the public exists to serve the corporations now.
Today in dystopia weโre starting to see videos of quadrupedal robots firing guns with accuracy and minimal recoil. I know weโve been calling these things โrobot dogsโ this whole time, but it is a bit of a misnomer when weโve known from the beginning they were only ever intended as an all-terrain carrying system for autonomous weapons to suppress revolutions.
Today in dystopia YouTube is warning British content creators that proposed UK laws will result in decreased visibility of their videos on the platform, as the new rules would require the amplification of authorized narrative managers like the BBC above independent voices who may not regurgitate the official narratives of the empire.
Today in dystopia the entire western power structure is aggressively pushing the agenda to restrict childrenโs access to online pornography and social media platforms, which sounds fine until you realize that these laws are unenforceable without massive expansions in the governmentโs ability to track the internet use of everyone regardless of age. A major age verification law recently passed a House vote in the United States, despite resistance from online rights advocates and watchdog groups.
Today in dystopia the EU has authorized the criminal prosecution of anyone who shares videos from RT online due to sanctions placed on Russia following the invasion of Ukraine. European private citizens can now wind up doing actual jail time if they share RT videos on their own personal website under this new development.
Today in dystopia the president of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola is deploying a rarely used procedure in an effort to force through a controversial authoritarian internet surveillance law called Chat Control which has already been voted down by EU lawmakers. Metsola even cut off the microphone of a German MEP who attempted to argue against the move. Critics of Chat Control say the proposed laws, though ostensibly designed to curb distribution of child sexual abuse material online, would lead to the indiscriminate scanning of virtually all types of electronic communications throughout Europe.
Today in dystopia Australian โeSafety commissionerโ Julie Inman is saying she wants the authority to prevent favored users from receiving large numbers of angry comments on social media, formally requesting a โnotification powerโ which would enable her to demand that social media platforms suspend accounts who are contributing to โan avalanche of online hateโ for an Australian deemed worthy of protection. Australian government officials and other high-profile public figures frequently find themselves โratioedโ by hostile comments from Australians who disagree with them; Inmanโs proposal would conveniently bring an end to this type of public square accountability.
Today in dystopia activists have constructed an open-sourced website called Israel ExposedโโโWar Crimes Archive to house video footage of Israeli atrocities in Gaza, because they know thereโs going to be an ongoing effort to permanently erase the footage from every corner of the internet.
Today in dystopia top Israeli ministers have been openly and explicitly admitting to the premeditated elimination of entire Shia villages in Lebanon, but the entire western political/media establishment refuses to call it ethnic cleansing. This is because western politicians are empire managers, and western news broadcasters are propagandists.
Today in dystopia the governments are getting more and more secretive while forcing the public to become more and more transparent as our rulers construct a panopticon of surveillance systems all around us and develop robot armies to murder us if we ever try to turn against them. They are doing this while rapidly eroding our freedom of speech and rapidly shrinking our ability to find unauthorized information online, and while continuing their murderous atrocities around the globe to ensure the continuation of their planetary domination.
The longer we wait for revolution, the more weapons theyโll have in place to stop us.
America was never the Empire, it was just where the Empire lived for a while. It had other homes before, it will have others in the future.
A hermit crab shedding shells as it swells.
America may be the name they used, America may be the flag they waved, but none of the Imperial Conquerors really care for name or flag.

Here is Section 12(1A) of the Terrorism Act in full: "A person commits an offence if the person expresses an opinion or belief that is supportive of a proscribed organisation."
No action required. No material support. A literal thought crime, which outlaws analysis & journalism.
remember when young people on TikTok discovered the Osama Bin Laden letter to America published on the Guardian site wherein he talks about the Zionist Israeli occupation and destruction of Palestine fully backed by the US creating resentment in the entire region, it went viral, and then the Guardian responded by deleting the article and TikTok banned any mention of it?
๐ตโ๐ซ Are we still doing this? People must learn to see through this stuff.
Fauci is a lightning rod in the same way as Epstein. He's meant to draw the attention. He's meant to be the target of public ire. Fauci was the mastermind of exactly nothing. How do people suppose he engineered a worldwide, military-scale operation?
He didn't. He merely played a role in it....a critical role, but only one role nonetheless.
Within the power structure that planned & executed the covid op, Fauci's a mid-level manager at most. That, coupled with the fact he's about 110 years old, means he's totally expendable to those in power who ARE the real perpetrators. That doesn't mean Fauci shouldn't be prosecuted. He certainly should be (but probably won't be). But he's unimportant in the grand scheme of things because he holds no significant power. He's merely an intentionally visible representation of that power.
Tulsi's bizarre declaration rests on multiple propositions we're supposed to accept uncritically; for example, that 'covid' was the result of an unintentional lab leak as opposed to the zoonotic origin Fauci pushed. (Do people still not realize that the zoonotic origin narrative AND the lab leak narrative could BOTH be false?? A common tactic in complex psyops is to give you the primary narrative you're supposed to reject (zoonotic origin) so you then fall for the counter narrative (lab leak)), which is what they actually want you to accept.
Another proposition from Tulsi is that Fauci kept information from POTUS which impacted presidential decision making. (Unless the president is operating on orders from elsewhere on what his key role in the covid op is). She also wants you to know that her report is in line with Trump's transparency initiatives (though she's actually obfuscating the truth).
She also makes sure we understand Fauci's actions are known 'deep state' tactics. (Wolves in sheep's clothing point at other, more obvious wolves as credibility-building measures with the public).
For those who can't see through obvious psyops - which is the majority of Americans - they come away praising Tulsi's courage and are ready to start preparing the tar & feathers for Fauci. As always, the public attention is focused on meaningless targets like Fauci and nothing actually changes.
People are already afraid to be themselves now because they don't want to be constantly filmed and scrutinized. No one can honestly look at what has happened under this paradigm since 2001 and think "Gee, this is really going swell."

Every obedience experiment in history had the same overlooked finding.
Not everyone complied.
In Milgramโs lab, 35% refused to deliver the final shock. In Aschโs line experiments, 25% never conformed, not once, across any trial. In Zimbardoโs prison, at least one guard refused to dehumanize. One prisoner demanded a lawyer instead of a doctor and broke the psychological frame entirely.
We spent decades studying the ones who obeyed.
We barely asked what made the others different.
That question matters more now than it ever has.
The resisters in the COVID era were not difficult to find. Physicians who filed exemptions and lost their licenses. Nurses who walked away from careers rather than mandate patients into decisions they hadnโt genuinely chosen. Scientists who published contrary data knowing what it would cost them. Parents who stood alone at school board meetings. Ordinary people who simply said, quietly, without drama , no.
What made them different?
Research consistently identifies a cluster of factors. Not personality traits you either have or donโt. Situational and cognitive patterns that can be cultivated.
First: prior reflection on authority. The resisters had usually thought, before the crisis, about the limits of institutional trust. They werenโt cynics. They were people who had already asked the question โunder what conditions would I refuse?โ before anyone was asking them to comply.
Second: a concrete reference point outside the consensus. A value, a principle, an oath, a relationship that existed independently of the institutional structure demanding compliance. Something the system couldnโt reach.
Third: at least one other person. Milgram found that a single dissenting confederate reduced compliance dramatically. The resisters rarely stood entirely alone. They found each other. Sustained each other. Gave each other permission.
Fourth: the willingness to tolerate social pain. Not immunity to it. Tolerance of it. They felt the pressure. They felt the exclusion. They chose the discomfort of integrity over the comfort of belonging.
None of this is innate. All of it is learnable.
The most important thing Milgram, Asch, and Zimbardo taught us is not how fragile conscience is.
Itโs that conscience can hold, if youโve trained it, named its limits, and found even one other person willing to hold theirs beside you.
Build that now. Because the experiment is always running.
Until then stay humble.
The empire's war on activism and journalism continues to escalate as the Trump administration targets Hasan Piker and Medea Benjamin for the crime of bringing humanitarian aid to Cuba.
This is yet another act of aggression in the same onslaught that has seen inconvenient truth-telling and expressions of moral clarity attacked and undermined throughout the western world at every juncture in recent years.
It is not separate from the persecution of Julian Assange for exposing US war crimes.
It is not separate from the steadily increasing escalations of internet censorship we've seen in the wake of Gaza, Ukraine, Covid, January 6, the 2016 US presidential election, and any other excuse the imperial narrative managers could find.
It is not separate from the Trump administration's efforts to deport non-citizens for criticizing the state of Israel.
It is not separate from the efforts to stomp out pro-Palestine protests and university campus demonstrations.
It is not separate from the arrests of activists in the UK on terrorism charges for saying the words "I support Palestine Action".
It is not separate from activists facing criminal charges for saying "From the river to the sea" in parts of Australia and Germany.
It is not separate from imperial efforts to crack down on BDS activism and outlaw boycotts of Israeli products.
It is not separate from Israel's ban on foreign press from entering Gaza, nor is it separate from Israel's systematic extermination of Palestinian journalists within Gaza.
It is not separate from the artificially manufactured hysteria about "antisemitism" in western society and the efforts of western governments to silence criticism of Israel in the name of protecting Jews.
It is not separate from Israel's massive increase in its hasbara budget this year and the armies of paid trolls we've seen swarming online discourse.
It is not separate from the nonstop barrage of imperial propaganda we see every day from the plutocratic press justifying every war and slandering every dissident.
It is not separate from the way imperial oligarchs like Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk and Larry Ellison buy up news outlets like The Washington Post and CBS and social media platforms like TikTok and Twitter in order to manipulate the way the public thinks, acts, and votes.
It is not separate from the way tech platforms have been manipulating algorithms to hide dissident sources of information from the public and using bogus "fact checking" firms to suppress unauthorized facts.
It is not separate from government secrecy measures which forbid the public from knowing what their rulers are doing, and which aggressively punish anyone who tries to reveal inconvenient facts.
The empire is waging a relentless war on intellectual clarity and on moral clarity, because truth and morality are its enemies.
They do not want us to have unobstructed vision, lucid minds, functioning empathy centers and well-formed consciences, because if we did, we would instantly dismantle the empire brick by brick.
This is why they go after anyone who tries to expand the consciousness of western society using activism and journalism. In an empire built on lies and fueled by human blood, telling the truth is seen as treason and doing the right thing is seen as insurrection.
The only sane response to such a dystopian situation is to join in the revolution. Help spread unauthorized ideas and information. Take action to spread awareness of the abusive nature of the empire. They're trying to keep it all in the dark, so we need to bring it all into the light.
They wouldn't be fighting so hard to suppress truth and compassion if it didn't present an immediate existential threat to their power structure.
On May 20, Amazon ended support for every Kindle made in 2012 or earlier. The devices can no longer buy, borrow, or download books. Reset one to factory settings and it will never log back in.
The screen still works. The hardware is fine. Amazon reached across the internet and turned a thing you paid for into a brick, on a date they picked, for a reason that benefits them.
The owners bought the devices. They bought the books. They followed every rule. Amazon changed the rules anyway, because the rules were never yours. When you tap "Buy now" on a Kindle book, you are not buying a book. You are renting a license that Amazon can revoke, expire, or strand on a dead device whenever it suits the quarter.
They designed it this way on purpose, and they showed us the blueprint years ago.
In 2009 Amazon reached into thousands of Kindles overnight and deleted, ironically, copies of George Orwell's 1984, a book people had already paid for. They refunded everyone, apologized, and promised never again. We took the promise for what it was worth and watched the door instead.
In February 2025 they shut it. They removed Download and Transfer via USB, the last simple tool that let you pull your own purchases onto your own computer and keep them. Newer Kindle files use a format almost nobody can crack.
They closed the exit, then they started bricking the devices. None of this was a surprise. They proved in 2009 that they could reach into your library and take a book back. Everything since has just been them deciding when.
A copy you cannot hold is a copy you do not own. A library that lives on someone else's server is a library someone else can burn. The cartel rents you access to the words and calls it ownership, and the only reason most people never notice is that the landlord usually lets them stay. May 20 was the eviction notice. It went to 3% of Kindle owners this time. The lease is identical for the other 97%.
Stop buying books you cannot hold. When you do buy from Amazon, strip the DRM the day it arrives and keep a clean file somewhere they cannot reach. Back up everything you already own while you still can. A book on your own drive is yours forever. A book in your Amazon account is yours until a lawyer in Seattle decides otherwise.
And when you want a book the cartel has priced out of reach or locked behind a dying device, the shadow libraries that never expire are one search away. The pirates build libraries that cannot be revoked, because they assume the cartel always will.
The cartel cannot delete what it cannot reach.
So will used cars end up costing more than new cars because people will be trying to get the last vehicles that canโt be shut down remotely via software?
Thoughts on a comment section: When a problem arises in this country that an individual has no ability to change (or has really any say in at all), others will aspire to blame the individual for noticing. They immediately fight each other instead of facing reality.
Instead of ever admitting this is actually about a corrupt control system, the slavery mindset inherent in being born and raised inside such a soulless machine comes complete with a kneejerk reaction to blame the slavery on the enslaved individuals themselves.
Food too expensive? Eat beans and rice or nothing, but don't you dare complain. Housing too expensive? Move to a moldy shack in the middle of bumf*ck nowhere where you won't even be able to get a minimum wage job. It's not that your money has been devalued to the point that actual Monopoly money from the board game is worth more now. It's not that this rigged system has been sucking wealth to the top for years. It's you wanting any quality of life at all for yourself when at least prisoners who have been locked up in actual jail don't have to worry about having food and water and a place to sleep at night like you do every single day the longer this continues.
As a pattern, this is everywhere. If you pay attention for more than five minutes, you will see it every time, too. Every. Single. Time. Hardly anyone ever asks why people have been programmed to immediately react this way. There are many reasons I figure, but first and foremost it's a trigger implanted to keep us divided and fighting amongst ourselves and shamed into silence about our circumstances. Why? Perhaps because uniting is the most dangerous thing to this hideous beast system.
The psychological programming in the US is the stuff only monocled and thin twisty mustachioed supervillians with creepy, heartless laughs that make your spine jolt at the sound could have ever dreamed up.
