@BootsHelp No point, I won't be going back to collect! I've already been 5 times and once was after a text to say it was ready to collect. I'll stick to the local chemist, much better service

@BootsUK @BootsHelp you should be embarrassed. Nearly 3 wks & you still haven’t processed a hospital prescription. In the meantime letter sent, GP read, added medication to record, ordered to local chemist and collected. Time from order to delivery less than 48 hrs.
