@RCAbrand called a week ago for help with this red line. Filled out the email form and submitted all photos and receipt. Haven’t heard a thing and now your customer svc phone number is unavailable. I need help - this TV is 3 years old.

@PURtweets@bulentm Wouldn’t it be great if @PURtweets answered the same question publicly?! You don’t have that many filter types. When will ANY of them be restocked ANYWHERE? Your Supply Chain doesn’t know, so your social media specialist is forced to regurgitate the same canned answer? Pitiful.
@PURtweets It doesn’t matter which model. All of your filters are unavailable. I’m simply asking you to publicly reply with timing on when they will be available, which is something your Supply Chain team should know.

@LOFT This issue is still happening. I was emailing with Rob L. in Corporate Client Contact and he’s been silent since June 17. Can someone else please respond to the numerous emails I’ve sent?
