Eine besondere Überlieferung außerhalb der Schriften,
unabhängig von Wort und Schriftzeichen:
Unmittelbar des Menschen Herz zeigen, -
die eigene Natur schauen und Buddha werden."

In such a situation, it is important not to jump into solution mode too quickly, but to first take enough time to identify the relevant problems – preferably together and in a transparent process – and to formulate the right questions.
We live in times of intense change and transition. In many areas of life, we can sense that the old recipes no longer work and that the new solutions are not yet here. In such times, politics and society are particularly challenged.
Existing knowledge is increasingly proving to be uncertain and controversial. There are widely differing views on what exactly the problems are, and at the same time the stakes are high for everyone involved.
The most powerful reflection you can do:
The Monthly Review.
Most people go their *entire* life without reflecting—and before they know it, years have gone by and it's too late to change.
So don't let this happen—grab a pen, crack open a notebook, and answer these 5 questions:
5 simple steps on how to turn tin into gold. Or in other words: How to gain valuable insight from an experience.
1. Be clear about what your original intention was.
4. Take time to let these results sink in. What do you notice? What patterns do you see? What wants to be seen?
5. What deeper insights emerge? What insights can you gain that are really important? What are the consequences?
How to learn from experience
Not so good:
1. hurry up
2. work faster + harder
3. ignore your feelings + your body
Better:
1. slow down and stop, take a break
2. come to your senses, feel your body
3. find out what needs to be heard and learned.
I hope this is helpful.
