The High Court has now allowed Busia Senator Okiya Omtatah's public debt case to proceed to a full hearing.
The case seeks to establish how Kenya accumulated trillions in public debt and how the borrowed money was used.
After MPs criticized the Finance Bill, 2026 in public, 308 of the 348 MNA APPROVED it. 186 avoided Parliament, 122 VOTED for the Bill. 40 stayed in the Chambers and VOTED per their conscience. 2027 is next year. Kenyans will hold relevant political parties/MPs accountable.
Football’s GOAT debate is genuinely the most manufactured debate ever.
Gap between Lionel Messi and the 2nd best player just isn’t close. At all.
And nothing from active players will make it so.
Göbekli Tepe was built 11,600 years ago. By hunter-gatherers. Massive carved pillars, complex symbolism, coordinated labor before we supposedly had any of that.
Then it was deliberately buried. Someone went back and covered it up. Why?
Spielberg's Disclosure Day Dropped The Same Day
Steven Spielberg released his film "Disclosure Day" on June 12, 2026.
The US government released its 3rd batch of declassified UFO files.
Same day.
The Fermi Paradox
The universe is 13.8 billion years old.
400 billion stars in our galaxy.
Earth like planets everywhere.
So where is everyone?
Every proposed answer to that question known as the Fermi Paradox is more disturbing than the last.
It should literally be illegal for bills affecting 50+ million Kenyans to pass when half of Parliament didn't even bother to show up for work.
If we don't show up to our jobs, we get fired. Why do they get to decide our future via empty chairs?
William Ruto opened a furniture factory in Eldoret last year October.
Suddenly, forests are being cleared for state lodges.
And suddenly, in the 2026/27 budget, Ksh 5.3B has been allocated for Furnitures and General Equipment.
Remember Meru Governor said that the state lodge in Meru will be equipped using furniture made from the wood cleared in the forest.
What he didn't tell you, is whose factory will make and supply the furniture.
William Ruto is a thug who thinks that thuggery is a hustle.
A President who is in business with taxpayers money is a thug!

Watch a Mau Mau revolutionary explain how he resisted British colonialism, and why the fight isn't over.
Maina wa Murigu took up arms against British colonial rule and is still waiting for his land back, more than six decades after independence.
Speaking from Nairobi on Kenya's 63rd Madaraka Day, he described fighting British soldiers with machetes, seizing their weapons and retreating into the forests. Madaraka Day, marked every June 1, commemorates the day Kenya achieved self-rule from Britain in 1963.
"Our parents died without ever getting justice," he said. "We are soon following them."
Britain's response to the uprising was a state of emergency lasting from 1952 to 1959. The Kenya Human Rights Commission estimates 90,000 Kenyans were executed, tortured or maimed. 160,000 were detained. Nazi-style concentration camps held over 1.5 million more.
Documents recording the atrocities were later destroyed or hidden by British authorities.
Rwanda, a small country, has never recorded a single Ebola case.
Burundi, a small country, has never recorded a single Ebola case.
These countries border DRC in South Kivu where the current outbreak has been reported by the Western media and it is spreading fast.
In these two countries, the Banyamulenge cross freely between the DRC and these two countries.
The M23 rebels have complicated the epidemic by making the health systems in South Kivu dysfunctional.
In 1994, Rwanda had one of the most catastrophic human crises.
So, why are there no "Ebola cases" in these small countries?
Why can't America establish their quarantine centres in Rwanda or Burundi or Tanzania instead of Kenya?
Ruto says he authorized the establishment of a U.S.-supported Ebola quarantine facility in Nanyuki and that there are 23 similar facilities across Kenya. At the same time, Laikipia is known to host significant mineral deposits, including reported gold occurrences and other strategic resources, while the presence of the British Army Training Unit Kenya (BATUK) in the region has long attracted public interest.
These facts naturally raise questions about the broader strategic interests at play. Kenyans deserve full transparency regarding the purpose of these facilities, the agreements governing foreign involvement, and any potential links to national security, public health, or resource interests. Openness and accountability are essential for maintaining public trust
Any action taken within Kenyan territory that proceeds in defiance of a valid court order would constitute a direct challenge to the principle of rule of law, which is the foundation of any constitutional democracy. Court orders are not advisory; they are binding instruments that must be respected by all actors, domestic or foreign, without exception.
Our government has a responsibility to help Americans abroad.
The US already has domestic facilities specifically designed to safely care for Ebola patients.
The Trump admin should bring Americans home and help them, not outsource that responsibility to a foreign government.
