All the recent stuff about wrestlers taking risks made me remember that Seth Rollins did this in October and everyone has already forgotten about it. He hurt himself on this stupid spot and it's already forgotten to time.
Everyone criticizing William Regal for not wanting pro wrestlers to live in pain, let me know how much money you will putting up to support them when they are. Thanks, I'll wait.
WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley is done with the WWE, revealing that he's been concerned with the organization's close ties with Donald Trump and that the president's recent comments about Rob Reiner’s death were "the final straw."
Legendary pro wrestler Mick Foley announces he's done with WWE for at least three years, citing the company's close ties to President Trump and his "incredibly cruel comments in the wake of Rob Reiner’s death." https://t.co/NdHDXS3gWi
I don't think it's fair to compare what Foley did to what Punk is doing now. For starters, Punk is employed as a full-time wrestler, whereas Foley only has a legends contract. If Foley was still employed as a full-time wrestler, he'd probably not walk away.
If ANYONE thinks that Mick Foley’s decision or stand has anything to do with politics than you haven’t been paying attention.
It’s about being a GOOD or BAD person. ITS ABOUT MORALS. It’s about RIGHT from WRONG.
not right or left.
HAVE A NICE DAY!
Funny how people are now saying, “Oh, Mick sucks.” and “He was never that good. Undertaker carried him” all because he didn’t want to be associated with WWE, who is in association with Donald Trump. Y’all fickle as hell.
Mick Foley is GOATED for standing up for what he believes in.
Mick Foley say he's deciding to parting ways with WWE because of the company’s relationship with Donald Trump:
“I no longer wish to represent a company that coddles a man so seemingly void of compassion as he marches our country towards autocracy. Last night, I informed WWE talent relations that I would not be making any appearances for the company as long as this man remains in office.”
Just so we're clear, I'm not from Japan (contrary to what my Twitter location shows). I'm from the Philippines, and even my other Twitter account says that.
I'm guessing the wrong location was caused by my past interactions with Japanese Twitter users.
