Dire customer service in Rak on 28/7 No PA for any groups, special assistance, or families with children. They then had audacity to start boarding and we waited on the jetty for 45 minutes in unbearable heat. So unprofessional and no customer service. #swissport #Marrakech

@Mangels_69 @ibis @Accor @All Absolutely disgrace. I was there when this happened and I was appalled by the staff not knowing where suitcase was. Vanished in thin air. No explanation. No record. Even though staff knew you were supposed to pick it up that day. A disgrace for the brand Ibis.👎🏼👎🏻👎🏻

As a “Platinum’ customer with ‘ACCOR’ my left baggage was stored in supposed secure luggage room, only accessible by staff in Ibis 112-114 Bath Rd. When collected bag it was broken into, empty, they left me wrapping . Hotel refused to check CCTV 😡#ceoaccor
