One key learning: all non-tech roles in a startup boil down to 2 core intrinsics — charisma and analytical prowess.
If you have those, you can excel at any non-technical role. Everything else is learnable in very short spans of time (mostly days; sometimes weeks).
@ditzikow But unless the person’s a repeat founder, nothing like 20s — the naive grit, freedom and lack of constraints (family, mortgage) of the young bright-eyed founder is unmatched. In fact given less credibility, they probably have to clear a higher bar to be trusted in initial stages
